Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our Adecco programs in the United States. You will align with the client’s business objectives and lead daily recruitment and fulfillment activities while driving KPI performance.
This role focuses on growing accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction, and building a strong network of relationships. You will manage a recruitment team, price and sell services, and ensure service levels meet SLA targets.
