Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for Adecco programs in the New York area. You will align with the client’s objectives and drive a collaborative partnership, overseeing daily recruitment activities and KPI performance.
This role focuses on growing and retaining accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction, and leading reporting such as QBR/QPR. You will also price and sell staffing services and nurture industry relationships.
