Job description
Catholic Charities USA in Charlotte, NC seeks a Business Director who partners with the CEO to translate vision into daily operations. This exempt, in-person role leads budgeting, cash management, client billing, risk policies, IT needs, and grants administration while coordinating staff and strategic planning to advance the agency mission.
The candidate will supervise 10-13 staff, ensure compliance with policies, and contribute to quality improvement and EOS planning.
