A leading defense contractor in Southern California is seeking an experienced Operations Finance professional. This role involves building relationships across plant operations, conducting budget analysis, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in a DOD manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems are essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 – $155,000.
