Job description
Vellum is seeking a high‑output Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders on strategy, operations, and execution in a fast‑moving AI startup. You will own ambiguous, high‑leverage initiatives and drive them forward with minimal supervision.
You’ll partner across teams to shape company strategy, run critical projects, and develop customer insights that inform product, marketing, and sales. This role combines Go-to-Market ops, recruiting, and internal operations for rapid growth.
