Gento Robotics seeks a Chief of Staff to partner with the U.S. General Manager and build the team, processes, and operations behind growth in the U.S. You’ll drive day-to-day execution across multiple functions and ensure projects move smoothly between teams in the U.S. and China.
You'll own coordination, organize meetings, prepare executive materials, and help scale the organization with practical, systems-focused solutions. This role blends strategy with hands-on operational delivery.
