Job description
Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee manufacturing strategies for cryogenic pumps and related systems. You will drive efficiency, quality, and cost controls while leading a large global team in a state-of-the-art facility in Santa Ana, CA.
The role requires deep experience in manufacturing leadership, lean/Six Sigma, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and sales to meet customer requirements on time and within budget.
