Job description
The Tifton Housing Authority seeks a Director of Operations to join our leadership team. The role supports the Executive Director in oversight of agency operations, housing programs, site compliance, procurement, contracts, and capital improvement projects.
The successful candidate will supervise maintenance and housing departments, audit site and program files, ensure HUD compliance, monitor budgets, and drive contractual and capital initiatives.
