Job description
LOOP is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead project operations across restoration and reconstruction efforts. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-sale to closeout, partnering with estimators, PMs, field crews, and clients to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in restoration/construction, strong estimating and budgeting skills, and a track record of leading teams with P&L responsibility.
