Job description
C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Portland, OR to guide Team Leaders and oversee production and budgets. You will participate in new product development, plan production, and foster a positive relationship with staff while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least ten years in a production setting, preferably in food, flour milling, spice blending, or frozen foods, with strong HAACP and GMP knowledge.
