Job description
Versar Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Operations Strategy Lead to support the Air Force Civil Engineering Directorate (A4C). The role focuses on developing and implementing enterprise-wide policy, governance, and strategic initiatives for Civil Engineer operations.
You will work with Headquarters AF, MAJCOMs, and installations to translate goals into actionable plans, manage policy documents, and drive modernization efforts to improve installation readiness and resilience.
