Job description
SAIC seeks a high-caliber Business Development Director and SME with deep OTA, CSO, and SBIR/STTR expertise. This role is the enterprise quarterback for alternative acquisition paths, owning strategic positioning, pipeline development, and win strategies across major OTA consortia, DIU, AFWERX, and SBIR program offices.
In this dual-hatted role, you will guide capture, proposal structure, pricing strategy, and compliance, while developing SOPs, playbooks, and training materials for leadership.
