Job description
Gusto in Phoenix seeks a Senior Partner Manager to drive strategy and growth for the Gusto Pro accounting partner program. You will manage relationships across staff accountants to managing partners, identifying growth opportunities and expanding revenue.
In this role, you will build territory plans, lead QBRs, negotiate renewals, and coordinate with product, design, and engineering to shape the partner roadmap. AI-enabled workflows are core to selling and execution.
