Job description
Blink Health's BlinkRx division seeks an experienced Partner Manager to lead outsourced contact center partnerships and drive performance across the network. You will own day-to-day management, negotiate terms, and align internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in BPO or outsourced customer service, strong KPI discipline, and proven ability to operate strategically in a fast‑growing environment. Travel up to 50% may be required.
