Job description
Gusto is hiring a Partner Manager to drive strategy and growth for Gusto Pro with top accounting firms. You will nurture relationships from staff accountants to managing partners, negotiate complex contracts, and collaborate with product to influence the Pro roadmap.
You will leverage AI-enabled workflows, manage end-to-end renewals and upsells, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize partner and client outcomes across a growing portfolio.
