Job description
We're a fast-growing sales solutions firm built on the belief that people — not playbooks — drive results. Our team works across industries connecting great talent with great opportunities, and we're now looking to grow our own internal partnerships function. This is a chance to build something with real ownership: you'll be developing the relationships that fuel our new business pipeline, working closely with our CEO and VP of Partnerships, and shaping how we grow our network from the ground up.
What we're looking for:
3-5+ years of B2B sales experience selling a service
Bachelor's degree
Relationship-driven, connector personality with strong executive presence
Strong business acumen — comfortable in conversations involving PE, VC, and complex deal structures
Ideally: experience with referral-based or service-based selling, a background in recruiting, high-volume/short-cycle sales experience, familiarity with HubSpot/Apollo/Crunchbase, and/or a smaller-company background
What you'll do:
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners — executive recruiting firms, consultants, EOS implementors, and similar organizations who have visibility into companies' hiring needs
Generate and close leads sourced through those channel partnerships
Maintain and grow long-term channel relationships to keep referral business flowing
Work in a hybrid setup based out of DFW or remote out of Austin, with field flexibility for primarily client-facing work
This is a rare opportunity to make a direct, visible impact on our people and our partner network — not just another account to manage. You'll build relationships in the VC/PE space that carry real value for the rest of your career, work alongside leadership daily with direct access to our CEO and VP of Partnerships, and never feel like "just a number." No two days look the same, and no two clients look the same either — you'll get exposure to a huge range of industries and organizations while building something that's genuinely yours.
