Job description
Kisco Senior Living is seeking a Business Development Director for Park Terrace in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. You will implement sales and marketing plans to generate revenue from referrals that convert to move-ins while strengthening the Kisco brand in the local community.
You will build relational channels, manage CRM, and collaborate with the Sales and Home Office Marketing Team to identify influencers and target professionals. Excellent communication and seniors experience are a plus.
