Job description
SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a specialized real estate advisory firm to identify and originate high-value opportunities. This role centers on building Centers of Influence (COI) within top law firms to drive long-term deal flow and advisory-led solutions rather than traditional product sales.
You will cultivate deep relationships with law firm partners and financiers, helping clients navigate complex 1031 exchange strategies and related opportunities.
