Job description
Churchill Downs Racetrack in Louisville, KY, seeks a Senior Director of Partnership Development & Licensing to lead commercial strategy for partnerships and licensing across Churchill Downs Racetrack, the Kentucky Derby, and the Kentucky Oaks.
The role owns the full lifecycle from strategy to activation and measurement, managing licensing, merchandising, and premium experiences, while building a high-performing team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
