Job description
Premier Orthopaedics seeks a Director of Payor Contracting to lead and optimize the organization’s payor contracting strategy across commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid programs. You will drive negotiations, analyze reimbursement and case-mix economics, and coordinate with Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, Credentialing, and clinical leadership to maximize value and mitigate risk.
