Job description
UNITAS is seeking a strategic client-focused professional to lead relationships with healthcare decision-makers and oversee account management for PBM clients. You will drive client satisfaction, retention, and trend analysis to inform clinical strategies and contract renewals.
You will collaborate with clients to implement process improvements, interpret pharmacy data, and communicate actionable recommendations. Travel to meet clients may be required.
