Job description
AspenTech, a global software leader, is seeking a Principal People Experience Partner to support managers and employees at our Medina, MN site. The role covers end-to-end HR processes, coaching, and policy implementation in a hybrid environment.
You will partner with the Director of Human Resources and site leaders to ensure a consistent, inclusive employee experience and alignment with business goals. Excellent communication and change-capable leadership are essential.
