Job description
J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. is seeking a People Business Partner to align business objectives with HR solutions across client groups. You will deliver strategic and tactical HR support for roles from entry level to director and possibly VP levels.
You will consult on workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development while partnering with leadership to implement talent programs and learning initiatives.
