H1 is hiring a Lead People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping organizational strategy and leadership development. You will partner closely with the SVP, People and business leaders to build scalable people practices that help teams thrive and align with business goals.
You will coach leaders through complex challenges, use data to drive decisions, and elevate the employee experience across the lifecycle.
