Job description
CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a People Business Partner for Remote USA within East North Carolina or Georgia. You will assist with rollout and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures as part of the People Strategy and Operations function.
You will develop onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, performance management, and provide employee relations guidance. Travel up to 40% monthly; preferred near a major airport; large facilities may require 50% walking.
