Job description
NAPA is seeking a Market People Partner to act as a trusted HR advisor for the People team in the designated area. You will align with leaders on talent acquisition, planning, onboarding, development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and compliance to drive strategic people initiatives and lifecycle management.
