Job description
DPR Construction is seeking a People Practices Business Partner-Southeast to guide workforce strategies and employee relations across major projects. This on-site role collaborates with leadership to drive engagement, performance, and inclusion while supporting the mega/mobility project with on-site presence and cross-functional alignment.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 7–10 years of HR experience, with certifications preferred.
