Job description
Maersk is seeking a People Partner, Strategic Programs to drive and coordinate key People initiatives across talent and business priorities. You will partner with People Partners, Centers of Excellence, Finance, and leaders, influencing strategic decisions and leading cross-functional projects.
You will develop dashboards and executive reporting, ensure Workday data quality, and support change management and communication strategies.
