Job description
LeadingAge Virginia seeks a Physician - Chief of Staff to join its executive leadership team, guiding high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous improvement. The COS will oversee clinical programs, resource management, and compliance with VA regulations, while fostering innovation, equity, and collaboration across clinical and administrative leaders.
Applicants should hold an MD, be fully licensed in the US, and have demonstrated executive leadership in healthcare; VA/federal experience
