Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Executive Director, Planned Giving to lead and design a strategic planned giving program. This role requires over 10 years of development experience with 3-5 years in supervision. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of financial and legal requirements of planned giving and demonstrated success in securing high-value donations. The position offers a salary range of $149,989 - $215,010 and requires a Bachelor's degree at minimum. This role is pivotal in driving fundraising efforts across BILH affiliates and engaging volunteers.
