Job description
GAF, a leading manufacturing company, seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Planning & IBP to own the enterprise strategy and drive the integrated business planning framework. This leader will connect long-range goals with monthly execution and collaborate with Finance and senior leaders to align plans with the annual operating plan.
The role requires deep IBP/S&OP expertise, matrix leadership across functions, and a track record of transforming planning processes in complex environments.
