Job description
Allegion is seeking a Plant Controller in Indianapolis, IN to lead strategic financial partnership, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Exits business unit. The role collaborates with Operations, Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain, serving on the location leadership team and ensuring strong internal controls.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 7+ years in manufacturing finance, and proven leadership with the ability to communicate results clearly.
