Job description
Stantec is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive best-in-class project delivery by developing the PM community and enforcing Stantec's PM practices across the PM Team. The role reports to the Senior PMCL and focuses on coaching, improving commercial and PM capabilities, and monitoring performance metrics.
PMCLs support the Business Organization Unit through reviews, performance analytics, and guidance on delivery, risk management, and commercial evaluation.
