Job description
Culligan Quench is seeking a Business Analyst, Field Services & Care, to translate business priorities into clear IT requirements and user stories. You will own the customer portal roadmap and collaborate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and measurable outcomes.
In this role you will build dashboards and reports to monitor portal adoption and performance, and partner with Care, Field Services, Marketing and Product to prioritize initiatives and ensure business
