Job description
Element U.S. Space & Defense seeks a Director of Pricing and Contracts to lead enterprise pricing strategy, proposal pricing, and contract administration across government and commercial contracts.
You will develop governance, policies, and pricing models, mentor pricing professionals, and collaborate with executive leadership, Business Development, Finance, and Engineering to drive compliant, profitable win rates.
