Job description
Digital Realty Trust, Inc. in Dallas, TX, invites an experienced Tax Manager to join our Strategic Private Capital group. You will lead tax reporting, REIT compliance, and transaction support for private capital structures, coordinating with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and external advisors.
The role requires at least 5 years in partnership tax, strong REIT knowledge, and the ability to translate complex concepts for non-tax teams. Hybrid work options are available in the Dallas area.
