Job description
Donaldson Company seeks a Director of Procurement I to lead Category Managers handling roughly $250M in direct materials for North American plants. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier development, and alignment with Global Procurement missions.
This position offers a hybrid schedule from the Bloomington, MN office, with emphasis on cost, quality, and delivery performance. CPSM/CPIM/CSCP certifications and global experience are a plus.
