Job description
Heritage Construction + Materials (HC+M) is seeking a Strategic Procurement Lead to build and run the indirect procurement function across its operating companies. Reporting to the CFO, you will map spend, develop category strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, and establish governance and reporting.
The role emphasizes measurable cost savings, supplier partnerships, and end-to-end sourcing, including RFPs/RFQs, supplier qualifications, and contract compliance.
