Job description
GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking a Senior Scientist for Product Planning and Development to shape the 3–5 year portfolio of life science reagents.
You will define target specifications while aligning with R&D, Marketing, and executive leadership to drive long-term innovation. You will partner with multiple functions to uncover unmet customer needs, evaluate emerging technologies, and build high-barrier product portfolios within a fast-paced biotech environment.
