Job description
Brown & Brown is seeking a Professional Liability Claims Counsel to join our growing team in New York. The role handles complex professional liability claims, including EPLI and civil rights exposures, with independent claim handling and strong analytical skill.
The Counsel will evaluate coverage, set reserves, negotiate settlements, guide litigation, and provide timely updates to insureds, brokers, and management, while supporting underwriting with trends and loss data.
