Job description
Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Project Finance Lead to join the Programs and Projects (P&P) team in Washington, DC. You will lead financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting across a portfolio of commercial real estate and construction projects, supporting data-driven decisions and capital deployment.
You will collaborate with project managers, estimators, and client stakeholders to inform investment decisions, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
