Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end delivery of robotics data pipelines, from data capture through final client delivery. This remote, full-time role drives high-impact projects that require scalable operations, rigorous quality standards, and close coordination across engineering, operations, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Own robotics data pipelines with accountability for quality and on-time delivery.
Design and optimize large-scale data collection and processing workflows.
Balance cost, quality, and throughput as operations scale.
Deploy and manage hardware systems, including multi-camera rigs and RGB, stereo, and IMU sensors.
Lead data transformation workflows that meet strict client schemas and delivery formats.
Identify bottlenecks and build automation for validation, quality assurance, and reporting.
Define and enforce capture protocols, workflows, and operating standards.
Translate client requirements into executable systems and processes.
Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to deliver complex initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience with robotics or high-throughput data pipelines.
Hands-on experience with sensor systems, FPS constraints, and multi-camera configurations.
Ability to analyze and optimize tradeoffs among cost, speed, and quality.
Experience with large-scale data processing, storage, and delivery systems.
Ability to define schemas, protocols, and operational standards.
Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
A record of cross-functional execution, systems improvement, strong ownership, and effective work in ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience scaling robotics data operations from pilot programs to production.
Experience building internal tools for data validation, quality assurance, or pipeline automation.
Experience working directly with clients on technical data requirements.
Work Terms
Full-time, remote position.
Compensation and Benefits
Posted compensation range: $300, 000 to $500, 000 per year.
National base salary range: $120, 000 to $160, 000 per year.
Employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, depending on role and applicable policies.
