Job description
Bank of America is seeking an Operations Project Consultant to manage cross-functional and inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. You will partner with the business to sustain change, evaluate current methods, and develop strategies to implement improvements.
This role oversees projects, uses appropriate tools to drive completion, and serves as a secondary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives.
