Job description
Skanska USA is seeking a dynamic Proposal Manager to join our Civil East team in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role leads multidisciplinary pursuit teams to develop qualifications, technical proposals, and presentation materials for design-build and other procurements in heavy civil projects.
The successful candidate will mentor staff, refine best practices, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver timely, compliant submittals.
