Job description
FlatironDragados is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and coordinate bid efforts for complex projects. You will manage collection, content development, and scheduling to ensure a compelling, compliant submission.
Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with estimators and engineers, and ensuring high-quality, on-brand proposal documents before submittal deadlines. Travel for pursuit meetings may be required.
