Paycom - ATS is seeking a Director of Purchasing to lead strategic sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and secure favorable terms to support company growth.
You will manage spends, analyze market trends, implement procurement best practices, and build a high-performance team while ensuring compliance, governance and cost savings.
The role requires 7–10 years in purchasing, a BS in supply chain management or business, and demonstrated leadership and data-analysis capabilities.
