Job description
Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Director of Acquisitions & Development in Phoenix to lead market expansion and densification strategies, working with senior leaders to drive growth and optimize capital returns.
You will source and evaluate opportunities, lead underwriting and financial modeling, coordinate entitlements, design, construction, and scheduling, and manage multiple complex projects while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
