Job description
Amazon is seeking a senior Real Estate professional to expand its WWGS retail store network in the US. You will lead site identification, negotiations, and the execution of land acquisitions, build-to-suit deals, and ground leases while managing a dynamic portfolio to support rapid growth.
The role requires strategic thinking, negotiation excellence, and collaboration with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, and Design. Travel up to 20% domestically is expected as part of expansion efforts.
