Job description
Fielmann USA is seeking a Full Time Real Estate Manager in Deerfield, IL to lead site selection, market strategy and negotiations. The role partners with legal, store planning, construction and finance to secure optimal locations and successful openings.
You will manage LOIs, leases and related agreements, build financial justifications and coordinate cross‑functional activities to deliver on growth objectives and approvals.
