Job description
GEA Group is seeking a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead NAM and UK property strategies across offices, factories and warehouses. You will drive lease renewals, cost optimization, and sustainability targets while coordinating with HR, Finance, Legal, EHS, Operations and IT.
Travel 20–25% across NAM and the UK. Based in the United States, you will manage new site business cases, landlord relations, and EHS compliance.
